Maple crunch popcorn


Ingredients Directions
  • 12 cups popcorn, plain
  • 1 ½ cups peanuts, unsalted
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 ½ cups syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 250 F. Combine popcorn, peanuts. Set aside. Melt butter. Add syrup and cinnamon. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add baking soda. Pour over popcorn mix. Toss. Spread in 2 large greased cookie sheets. Bake 1 hour.
