Fruit pizza

Ingredients Directions
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4-oz) container whipped topping
  • 8 oz pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 (18-oz) pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice


  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Cut cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices and arrange on greased pizza pan, beginning ¼-inch from edge and continuing inward, arrange in circular pattern. Press lightly together to seal. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Crust is done when edges are brown. Top will not be brown. While cooking crust, blend cream cheese and whipped topping, and spread over cooled crust. Arrange strawberries around edge, continuing fruit in circular pattern. Prepare glaze by bringing ingredients to a boil, then drizzle over fruit.
