Hash-brown Casserole Ingredients Directions 2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1/2 cup melted butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups grated cheddar 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 cups crushed cornflakes 1/4 cup melted butter Defrost hash browns. Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hash browns. Put all ingredients in a 3 qt. casserole dish. Sauté cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350 F for about 40 min.
