Hash-brown Casserole

Ingredients Directions
  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups grated cheddar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Defrost hash browns. Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hash browns. Put all ingredients in a 3 qt. casserole dish. Sauté cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350 F for about 40 min.
